2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the original artwork, characters, animations, music, lore, articles, logos, and other original materials created for Luni are owned by Andrei Alexandru and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party materials and code remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licences.

You may access and view the website, make the technical copies needed for normal browsing, and share links to its public pages. Substantial reproduction, distribution, adaptation, commercial merchandise, or other commercial exploitation requires prior written permission unless permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory exceptions such as quotation, criticism, review, parody, reporting, search-engine indexing, or accessibility uses where applicable.

3. Fan Art, Streaming & Content Creators

Non-commercial fan art and community discussions are welcome. Please identify fan creations as unofficial, credit Luni or lunigame.com where reasonable, and do not suggest that we endorse or sponsor them.

Journalists, reviewers, and content creators may use limited excerpts, screenshots, or clips for news, review, criticism, or commentary in accordance with applicable law. This does not permit redistribution of substantial assets, misleading use of Luni branding, or commercial merchandise. For other commercial or monetised uses beyond applicable legal exceptions, please request written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not damage, disable, overload, or disrupt the website; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; bypass security measures; or perform abusive automated extraction. Normal browsing, lawful search-engine indexing, accessibility tools, and lawful security research are not prohibited. You may not use website materials for commercial model training or bulk dataset creation without written permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Newsletter & Communications

The development newsletter is optional. If you submit your email address, you ask to receive updates about Luni and may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by contacting us. No purchase or other contract is required. The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Development Information & Website Availability

Luni is an independent game in development. Features, visuals, release timing, story elements, and possible platforms shown here reflect current creative plans and may change, be delayed, or be removed. This information is not an offer, preorder, or guarantee that the game, a feature, a date, or a platform will become available. The website is provided free of charge, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Third-Party Links & Communities

The website may link to external platforms and communities. Unless expressly stated, a link does not mean that we endorse their content or practices. We do not control their availability, content, terms, or privacy practices, and your use of them is governed by their own rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Andrei Alexandru is not liable for losses resulting solely from reliance on preliminary development information, temporary website unavailability, external links, or malicious third-party activity outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
